Job summary

Tawasul Transport L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our autonomous fleet in Musaffah.

This on-site role monitors vehicle performance and route adherence using real-time systems and coordinates with the Monitoring & Control Center to maintain safety and service quality. You will conduct routine checks, document incidents, and support troubleshooting with engineering teams.

Qualifications

Candidates should have experience in supervising operations within transportation or mobility services.
Familiarity with safety management, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance is required.
Experience using real-time monitoring systems and data interpretation is preferred.
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
Experience in transportation, logistics, smart mobility, or automotive operations is beneficial.
On-site Musaffah availability with shift-based work and attention to detail is required.
Familiarity with autonomous or ADAS is an advantage.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, transportation management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of autonomous vehicles and monitor performance.
Coordinate with the Monitoring & Control Center to ensure route adherence and safety.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local regulations.
Conduct routine vehicle checks and document incidents.
Support troubleshooting with technical teams.
Communicate with stakeholders and prepare operational reports.
Contribute to continuous improvement of autonomous mobility services.
