Job summary

Tawasul Transport L.L.C. in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor to oversee daily operations of our autonomous fleet in Musaffah.

This on-site role monitors vehicle performance and route adherence using real-time systems and coordinates with the Monitoring & Control Center to maintain safety and service quality. You will conduct routine checks, document incidents, and support troubleshooting with engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have experience in supervising operations within transportation or mobility services.
• Familiarity with safety management, incident reporting, and regulatory compliance is required.
• Experience using real-time monitoring systems and data interpretation is preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills are essential.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, smart mobility, or automotive operations is beneficial.
• On-site Musaffah availability with shift-based work and attention to detail is required.
• Familiarity with autonomous or ADAS is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering, transportation management, logistics, or a related field is preferred.

Role Description

The Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Musaffah, responsible for overseeing daily operations of autonomous vehicles within Tawasul Autonomous. This role monitors vehicle performance and route adherence using real-time systems, coordinates with the Monitoring & Control Center, and ensures compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements. The supervisor conducts routine checks, documents incidents, and supports troubleshooting in collaboration with technical teams. The position involves communicating with stakeholders, preparing operational reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of autonomous mobility services. The Autonomous Vehicle Supervisor also supports training and guidance for operational staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
