Job summary

TradesApp is seeking an Autonomous Fleet Operations Operator in the United Arab Emirates to monitor the real-time status of autonomous vehicles and coordinate responses to incidents. The role requires quick, clear judgment, strong communication and the ability to work with ground teams during emergencies.

You will handle incident dispatch, on-site coordination and escalation following established procedures, while maintaining thorough incident records and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in control rooms, command centres, or fleet monitoring environments.
• Strong situational awareness and calm decision making during incidents.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Rapidly dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams.
• Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents per established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes per operational guidelines.
• Monitor incident progress through to resolution or escalation.
• Maintain records of incidents, actions and responses.
• Follow established emergency response and operational procedures.
