Job summary

The role requires strong situational awareness, calmness under pressure, and precise communication to coordinate emergency actions with on-site teams. You will log incidents and ensure escalation procedures are followed for timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in control room, command centre, or similar operational environment.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.
• Ability to remain calm and focused during incidents or emergencies.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to work with monitoring systems.
• Ability to follow escalation procedures accurately.
• Experience in transportation, automotive, logistics or mobility operations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the real-time operational status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to traffic accidents, emergencies and operational incidents.
• Rapidly dispatch emergency work orders to relevant ground support teams.
• Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain clear communication with ground teams during incidents.
• Execute map interruption processes in accordance with operational guidelines.
• Monitor incident progress through to appropriate resolution or escalation.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents, actions and responses.
• Follow established emergency response and operational procedures at all times.
