Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a control room, command centre or fleet monitoring environment.
• Strong situational awareness and decision-making ability.
• Ability to stay calm under incidents or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time status of autonomous vehicles.
• Identify and respond to accidents, emergencies and incidents.
• Dispatch emergency work orders to ground support teams.
• Coordinate on-site response activities with operational teams.
• Escalate incidents per procedures.
• Maintain records of incidents and actions.
