Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive seeks a Sales Manager - Automotive Showroom Operations in Dubai to lead multi-branch showroom teams, drive monthly and annual sales targets, and ensure top-tier customer service and compliance across the portfolio.

You will coach staff, translate business plans into actions, and maintain consistent sales procedures while monitoring performance and reporting outcomes. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Seven to eight years of sales experience, including team supervision or management.
• Automotive or retail showroom sales experience preferred.
• Proven record of achieving demanding sales and commercial targets.
• Strong people leadership with the ability to coach, motivate and develop teams.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead showroom sales teams toward monthly and annual volume and revenue targets.
• Review daily sales activity, branch results and individual performance.
• Identify underperformance and implement corrective measures.
• Translate business plans into clear showroom priorities and actions.
• Maintain consistent sales procedures across all assigned locations.
• Monitor customer engagement and ensure timely resolution of concerns.
• Improve customer satisfaction through follow-up and service discipline.
• Coach team on product knowledge, sales methods and relationship management.
• Conduct regular feedback discussions and structured performance reviews.
• Build accountability while recognizing strong results.
• Ensure accuracy of customer data, sales documentation and reporting quality.
• Oversee compliance and government-related requirements for vehicle sales.
