You will monitor market trends, collaborate with marketing for promotions, mentor staff, and coordinate with finance and service departments to deliver seamless experiences and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years' proven automotive sales experience in the UAE.
• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with a focus on satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet targets.
• Set and track sales targets per company objectives.
