Job summary

FashionUnited in the UAE seeks an experienced UAE National Customer Service Supervisor to oversee service operations within our automotive workshop. The role emphasizes productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while guiding a team of technicians.

You will ensure repairs meet the vehicle Repair Manual standards, manage time, coordinate parts, uphold ALAC quality procedures, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years experience in a reputed automotive workshop.
• SSC/Trade certificate or equivalent vocational training.
• Expertise in spray painting, color mixing, and general vehicle repair.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and procedures effectively.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned jobs according to established work procedures, specifications, and time standards.
• Repair damaged vehicles based on repair standards as per the vehicle Repair Manual.
• Request supplementary parts and labor approval if needed.
• Provide quality workmanship to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Maintain 100% accuracy and minimize repeat jobs.
