Al Ghurair Mobility is seeking an Automotive Workshop Supervisor - Service Operations in Dubai. You will supervise service advisors, technicians, and parts staff to ensure repairs move smoothly, quality is maintained, and customer commitments are met.

You will manage workloads, approve additional work, prepare cost estimates, and drive workshop efficiency. The role emphasizes coaching, safety, and adherence to dealership standards to boost service profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Three to seven years of experience as a workshop supervisor within the Automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Receive service and repair orders and review requested work.
• Assign vehicles to technicians based on workload and capability.
• Balance workshop loading to maximize bays and productive capacity.
• Provide technical justification for additional work.
• Prepare labour and parts cost estimates for repairs.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors for customer approval before starting extra work.
• Raise material requisitions and track availability and delivery.
• Inform Service Advisors of parts delays and progress.
• Monitor open service orders to prevent delays.
• Ensure work is documented for billing.
• Control vehicle turnaround time and meet delivery commitments.
• Track workshop revenue and monthly targets.
• Improve first-time repair quality and reduce repeats.
• Review customer complaints and restore service confidence.
• Coach technicians on performance gaps and productivity.
