Al Ghurair is seeking a Strategic/Operations Supervisor in the UAE to oversee service and repair workflows, ensuring timely completion and customer approval for additional repairs with cost estimates.

You will monitor workshop productivity, strive to achieve budgeted revenue, and coach technicians on performance and SOP compliance, while maintaining high customer satisfaction and value-added services selling.

Responsibilities

• Receive Job Orders for service and repair jobs from Service Advisors.
• Provide a detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost estimates and obtain customer approval.
• Raise material requisitions for approved parts and follow up on ordered parts.
• Ensure workshop productivity and timely billing; monitor WIP and ready turnaround time.
• Coach and develop technicians for cross-functionality and adherence to SOPs and standards.
