Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking an experienced Reception Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the service reception in Dubai. You will ensure a smooth customer journey, accurate job-card management and compliance with OEM standards while supervising a team of receptionists and service advisors.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will drive customer satisfaction, manage escalations and contribute to achieving service KPIs in a fast-paced automotive environment, with a focus on HSSE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering.
• 5–7 years in automotive customer service or reception.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent CRM/ERP system.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the service reception team to ensure efficient customer handling.
• Ensure accurate creation and closure of job cards.
• Monitor customer updates and escalation handling to improve satisfaction.
• Oversee warranty and parts requests at reception per OEM guidelines.
• Coach receptionists and service advisors to meet KPIs.
• Maintain HSSE, quality and presentation standards.
