Job summary

You will greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments while coordinating with supervisors. You will document vehicle issues, handle inquiries, and promote services to drive repeat business.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of auto terminology, and UAE driving license, with preference for English, Hindi, and Arabic speakers.

Qualifications

• Dealership Service Advisor experience required.
• Able to narrow scope of vehicle issues based on customer descriptions.
• Skilled at articulating customer issues with auto staff.
• Adapt at handling customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Extensive knowledge of common auto terminology.
• UAE driving license - must.
• Good in English, Hindi and Arabic (preferable).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, prepare estimates, and schedule appointments.
• Analyze work orders and discuss work with supervisors.
• Prepare invoices.
• Handle customer calls and respond to email inquiries.
• Record customer vehicle service issues in company database.
• Resolve customer complaints and minor issues.
• Perform customer follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
• Schedule vehicle service appointments.
• Welcome customers and assess vehicle issues.
• Promote the service facilities to increase repeat business.
• Perform after-sales follow-ups and build strong relationships.
• Guide employees in handling difficult problems and resolving escalated issues.
