Qualificações

• Degree education is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar retail sales role is essential.
• Good knowledge of MS Office products.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve and maintain company prescribed sales standards to enhance brand image.
• Meet or exceed allocated sales targets across all areas.
• Achieve CSI objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Provide high levels of service during sales interactions.
• Adhere to company sales and prospecting systems and input data accurately.
• Log and manage leads to grow the customer base.
• Follow cash and credit handling procedures to minimize risk.
• Continuously update knowledge of product range and industry trends.
