Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking a Sales & Operations Coordinator for the Shock Refurbishment Division in the UAE. The role focuses on coordinating between customers, sales, drivers, and the technical team to ensure timely completion of jobs and accurate order processing.

Freshers or up to 1 year of experience are welcome. Strong Excel and ERP skills, plus excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced automotive environment, are required. Automotive spare-parts exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Good computer skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately on ERP/software systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Automotive or spare-parts experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from drivers, salesmen, walk-in customers, and direct customers.
• Identify correct parts using catalogues and provide stock availability, pricing, and product details.
• Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and convert opportunities into orders.
• Attend customer calls, understand concerns, and provide suitable solutions.
• Prepare quotations and sales orders and coordinate with salesmen, drivers, and customers.
• Coordinate customer collections and deliveries, ensuring commitments are met.
• Coordinate with the technical team to plan and complete jobs within the committed timeframe.
• Proactively communicate with customers when delays occur, explain the reason, and provide a revised completion time.
• Receive shocks from walk-in customers and coordinate their processing.
• Source urgent raw materials and arrange local lathe work when required.
• Collect completed SOs and raw-material details and proceed with finished-goods bundle creation.
• Ensure required technical approvals and signatures are obtained and files are properly maintained.
• Complete invoicing once the finished-goods bundle is prepared.
• Share completed invoices with the relevant team and coordinate timely delivery.
• Monitor raw-material stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
• Review workload and plan overtime for the team when required.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth coordination between sales and operations.
