Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Parts Advisor in the UAE to support retail customers and workshop operations. You will identify parts requirements, ensure availability, process orders and coordinate timely supply, while delivering excellent customer service and upselling where appropriate.

The role requires strong automotive parts knowledge, EPC and SAP proficiency, and fluency in English with basic Arabic. You will join the Aftersales Parts team to ensure smooth parts supply and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive industry, preferably in parts operations.
• Proficiency in EPC systems and SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and workshop teams in identifying and sourcing the correct automotive parts.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable parts and accessories.
• Drive parts sales through upselling, accessory promotion, and discount management.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop teams regarding parts availability, quotations, orders, and expected arrival.
• Maintain accurate sales orders and reservations to support stock management and minimize losses.
• Accurately capture and maintain customer and transaction information in SAP.
• Support regular inventory control activities.
• Follow established procedures to maintain accuracy and deliver a consistent customer experience.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support retention.
