Job summary

The role requires a degree in automotive technology and 3-4 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills. UAE driving license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in Automotive Technology/Engineering.
• 3-4 years of automotive parts or inventory management experience.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, procurement and stock management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate perpetual and annual parts inventories.
• Ensure stock availability while avoiding overstocking.
• Source cost-effective parts for servicing, repairs and refurbishment.
• Process purchase orders, goods receipts and invoice verification on time.
• Maintain organized and secure physical parts storage.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and brand partners for stock planning and reporting.
• Support Sales and Service teams with accessories and parts availability.
• Liaise with suppliers and automotive brands.
• Prepare stock, savings, purchasing and customer-service reports.
• Support inventory cost control and departmental profitability targets.
• Contribute to positive customer experience and teamwork.
