Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Clerk to support its service team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on accurate service order costing, invoice preparation, purchasing administration, and workshop reporting.

The candidate will review labour and parts charges, allocate costs to sub-orders, and ensure customer invoices comply with pricing guidelines. SAP experience and basic accounting knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automotive or retail industry.
• Practical exposure to job costing, invoicing, purchase orders, vendor documentation or service administration.
• Experience using SAP or another dealer management system.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Costing and billing of service orders with accuracy.
• Review labour and parts charges for service orders.
• Allocate costs to correct service sub-orders.
• Verify invoices against pricing and guidelines.
• Support purchasing and vendor documentation processes.
• Prepare and verify pro-forma and final invoices.
