Job summary

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Clerk to join our Service team across the UAE. You will help ensure service orders are accurately costed, split and invoiced across cash, credit, warranty, and maintenance contracts.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will support purchasing, vendor-payment processing and workshop reporting, helping the operation run smoothly while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong numerical, computational and analytical skills with methodical approach.
• Good planning, organisation and time-management, with deadlines.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and automotive service processes.
• Experience using SAP or a dealer management system; Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Review labour and parts used in service orders and ensure accurate billing.
• Prepare pro-forma and final invoices for service orders.
• Validate pricing, discounts and mark-ups per guidelines.
• Raise purchase requisitions and local purchase orders in SAP.
• Complete goods receipt and invoice verification; submit docs for payment.
• Maintain incentive, overtime and attendance data in systems.
• Coordinate with teams to resolve exceptions and support invoicing.
