Qualifications

• Minimum high school/technical education required.
• Trade cert in automotive engineering preferred.
• At least 2 years in a similar reception-related role.
• Experience with SAP Dealer System preferred.
• Strong numerical and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, cost, and process completed workshop job cards daily.
• Ensure labour hours and repair times are correctly claimed and allocated.
• Verify correct job codes, repair incidents, and repair codes.
• Capture labour, consumables, oils, paint, materials, and sublet items for invoicing.
• Return incomplete or incorrect job cards with clear correction reasons.
• Support accurate workshop invoicing and minimize lost hours.
• Monitor outstanding repairs and escalate as needed.
• Review Work in Progress to ensure cards are processed.
• Maintain records and follow operational processes.
• Use SAP and other systems to support costing and processing.
