Job summary

Badamiholding in Dubai seeks an energetic automotive aftermarket sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with garages, workshops, retailers, distributors and other automotive businesses.

You will identify new customers, promote spare parts, achieve monthly and annual targets, coordinate with logistics, prepare quotations, negotiate prices and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales experience in automotive aftermarket / auto parts.
• Strong knowledge of automotive spare parts and aftermarket products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel for customer visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with garages, workshops, retailers, distributors, and automotive businesses.
• Identify new customers and opportunities within the automotive aftermarket.
• Promote and sell automotive spare parts and related products.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and expand market coverage.
• Conduct regular customer visits and understand product requirements.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and follow up on orders and payments.
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations for timely product availability and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit sales reports.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction.
