Job summary

PitStop360 is seeking a dynamic Outdoor Sales Parts Advisor to drive sales of automotive spare parts and accessories by building relationships with workshops, fleet operators, and corporate customers in the UAE.

You will identify new opportunities, provide product recommendations, and ensure excellent service. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and a UAE driving license.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in automotive spare parts.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/DMS; experience with Autoline is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with workshops, fleet customers, garages, and other potential clients.
• Conduct regular customer visits to promote and sell automotive spare parts and accessories.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with internal parts, warehouse, and service teams to ensure seamless customer support.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Stay updated on product ranges, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer visits, and follow-up actions.
• Expand the customer base by identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/DMS systems; experience with Autoline is an advantage.
• A valid UAE driver's license is mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional automotive or sales certifications are an advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong market knowledge of the UAE automotive aftermarket sector is preferred.
