Ideal candidates will have 4–6 years in similar sales roles within Automotive Parts, strong market knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure to meet ambitious KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 4–6 years in a similar sales role with proven client acquisition and account management background in Automotive Parts.
• Strong local/regional market knowledge and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet demanding targets.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new clients and hit sales/GP targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for satisfaction and retention.
• Sell parts and upsell accessories.
• Stay current on product knowledge and competitor offerings.
• Track and follow up on lost/incomplete sales to meet KPIs.
• Negotiate pricing and maintain accurate records (Autoline).
• Run parts awareness campaigns and promote monthly offers.
• Conduct market research and follow‑up calls to identify opportunities and drive repeat business.
• Follow SOPs for order processing, inventory, QHSE, and quality control.
• Uphold company policies, conduct, and appearance standards.
