ReapHR is seeking an experienced Arabic Cook for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The candidate will prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes, including shawarma, hummus, fattoush, and Arabic breads, while maintaining high standards of quality and kitchen hygiene.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel setting, with prior UAE or GCC experience preferred. Accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and annual flight ticket are provided.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or commercial kitchen.
• Proven professional experience as an Arabic Cook in UAE or GCC.
• Strong knowledge of authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare authentic Arabic dishes per recipes and quality standards.
• Prepare shawarma using marination and proper cooking techniques.
• Produce hummus, fattoush, and other Arabic accompaniments.
• Prepare lavash bread and related Arabic breads.
• Cook and grill beef, lamb, and chicken dishes.
• Prepare marinades, sauces, spice blends, dressings, and garnishes.
• Maintain clean, hygienic workstation and follow food safety procedures.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely food preparation and service.
