REAPHR is recruiting an Arabic Cook for a premium client in Lahore, Pakistan, with duties based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern cuisine, including shawarma, hummus, fattoush, and Arabic breads, in a fast-paced kitchen.

Required is proven Arabic cook experience, UAE/GCC work history, and strong knowledge of spices, marination, and food safety. Accommodation, transport, and medical insurance are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Arabic cook in a restaurant, hotel or commercial kitchen.
• Hands-on experience preparing shawarma, hummus, fattoush, and Arabic breads.

Responsibilities

• Prepare authentic Arabic and Middle Eastern dishes according to recipes and standards.
• Prepare shawarma using proper marination and cooking techniques.
• Produce hummus, fattoush, and other Arabic accompaniments.
• Prepare lavash bread and related Arabic bread products.
• Cook and grill beef, lamb, and chicken dishes.
• Create marinades, sauces, spice blends, and garnishes.
• Maintain consistency in taste, portions, and presentation.
• Organise ingredients and complete daily kitchen prep on time.
• Keep workstation clean, organised, and hygienic.
• Follow food safety and safe-handling procedures.
• Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and wastage.
• Use kitchen equipment safely and correctly.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely prep and service.
• Follow kitchen procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain food quality during busy service periods.
