Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and field-driven MEP Engineer to oversee the on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between engineering designs and physical execution. You will manage specialized subcontractors, ensure materials meet specifications, troubleshoot field clashes, and ensure all MEP systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and in compliance with building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation of HVAC ductwork, chiller systems, VRF units, air handling units (AHUs), fire sprinkler systems, and ventilation.
• Oversee electrical containment, cable pulling, DB terminations, lighting layouts, and Low Voltage (ELV) systems like CCTV, access control, and fire alarms.
• Coordinate daily tasks for MEP subcontractors and trade labor to maintain continuous progress.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship adheres to quality benchmarks, approved shop drawings, and local authority regulations (e.g., DEWA, ADDC, Civil Defense).

Required Qualifications
