Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Dubai seeks an Associate Site Project Manager for Infrastructure projects. You will lead supervision teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, manage schedules and costs, and ensure HSSE compliance across the project lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 10+ years in A/E/Planning in the Middle East, and strong leadership, communications in English and Arabic. PMP or chartered status is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Master's degree preferred.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Chartered professional engineering preferred.
• 10+ years in Architecture, Engineering and Planning in the Middle East.
• Experience in construction supervision.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client counterparts to finalise project commencement orders.
• Coordinate with authorities to obtain approvals, licenses and permits for supervision projects.
• Support PMs in managing client relations, progress, issues and risks.
• Ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services.
• Review contractor submittals, including staff proposals and shop drawings.
• Coordinate with QA/QC and HSSE to ensure quality and safety standards.
• Lead supervision teams through all project stages and handover activities.
• Provide monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
