Job summary

Khatib & Alami International seeks an Associate Site Project Manager for Dubai Infrastructure Projects. You will lead supervision teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, and oversee schedules, costs, quality, and HSSE throughout the project lifecycle in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• Master’s Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• PMP Certification or Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of construction supervision services.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with client counterparts to finalize project commencement orders.
• Obtain approvals, permits, and NOCs; share design documents with contractors and client.
• Support PMs in client relations, progress updates, and risk management.
• Lead supervision teams through pre-construction to handover.
• Review contractor schedules, submittals, RFIs, and QA/QC processes.
• Ensure compliance with design drawings, specs, and changes.
• Organize inspections and oversee snag lists and handover procedures.
• Provide monthly reports on progress and deviations to PM.
