Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering preferred.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Chartered Professional Engineering preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction supervision services and relevant codes.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with client counterparts to finalize project commencement orders and obtain approvals.
• Support Senior/Project Managers in client relations, progress updates, and issue resolution.
• Ensure client satisfaction with construction supervision services and manage submittals, RFIs, and variations.
• Oversee inspections and liaise with QA/QC and HSSE teams for quality and safety compliance.
• Prepare takeover documents, final accounts, and progress reports for project stakeholders.
• Review contractor payment certificates and scope changes in coordination with Project Managers.
