General Track Positions

Step into a high-impact role where you’ll work directly with governments, global organisations, and private sector players to solve the world’s most pressing challenges - from labour and trade to climate and education.

Associate (Experience - Entry Level - 1–2 years or strong internship experience)

As an Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll contribute end-to-end: from diagnostic and modelling phases to strategy design and on-the-ground implementation. You’ll collaborate with a global team of policy advisors and economists, gain early exposure to senior decision-makers, and receive tailored training across public policy, data, and economic modelling.

What we’re looking for

• Policy-Curious Minds You’re interested in how policy shapes economies, societies, and industries - and want to be part of that change.
• Strong Academic Foundation Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, public policy, data science, or a related field - plus a track record of excellence.
• 1–2 Years of Experience Whether in consulting, research, policy, or industry - you’ve already proven your ability to deliver.

Senior Associate (Experience - 2-3 years relevant experience)

As a Senior Associate at Whiteshield, you’ll work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and public policy, shaping high-impact solutions for governments and global organisations. This is your opportunity to own complex workstreams, engage directly with senior policymakers, and drive insights into actionable strategies - all while mentoring junior colleagues and accelerating your leadership journey.

What you’ll do

• Lead advanced research and analytical modelling to solve real-world economic and policy issues
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior decision-makers
• Build impact-driven solutions across multiple domains — labour markets, education, trade, ESG, and more
• Present insights confidently to clients and shape the dialogue at the highest levels
• Innovate, influence, and guide project teams while ensuring delivery excellence

What we’re looking for
