Job summary

Vistra UAE is seeking an Associate Relationship Manager to join the Corporate & Private Client Services team. The role focuses on managing an international client portfolio and delivering corporate secretarial services across UAE jurisdictions.

You will handle onboarding, regulatory filings, and invoicing while supporting revenue growth and client satisfaction in a hybrid, full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in corporate services or company secretarial roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE corporate structures and regulations.
• Experience in compliance, KYC, and regulatory filings.
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or similar (relevant professional qualification is a plus).
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proactive, solution-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of international corporate and private clients, acting as the main point of contact.
• Deliver corporate secretarial and administration services, including company formations, filings, and governance support across UAE jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with KYC/onboarding and regulatory requirements, including annual reviews and remediation.
• Support revenue growth through client relationship management and identifying upsell opportunities.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and overall portfolio financial management.
• Maintain accurate client records, provide reporting to management, and elevate issues as needed.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery.
