Job summary

Vistra invites you to join its Corporate and Private Clients team in UAE as Associate Director. You will lead the daily management of a complex client portfolio, acting as the principal contact and driving growth and profitability.

You will mentor the Service Delivery team, ensure CPD and regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality service. This role offers a flexible hybrid work setup in the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• ICSA/CGI qualification is an advantage.
• 5+ years in corporate services or professional services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and service delivery for a portfolio of international corporate and private clients.
• Grow client portfolio and contribute to revenue targets.
• Lead and mentor the Service Delivery team; CPD compliance.
• Manage recruitment, resourcing, and performance appraisals.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance and timely invoicing.
