HSBC in Dubai seeks an ambitious UAE National to join Corporate Banking as an Associate Relationship Manager. The role centers on managing timely exits of accounts and maintaining client service until closure is complete.

You will act as the main liaison for clients and colleagues, track exit progress, ensure closures within deadlines, and provide MI on status, while coordinating with stakeholders to support swift completion of the process.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business/finance/economics is required.
• Professional qualification (or currently enrolled) is required.
• Experience in corporate banking in the UAE region preferred.
• Strong planning and organisational skills; ability to work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal colleagues on service-related matters.
• Track and follow up on the status of accounts identified for exit.
• Ensure accounts are closed within agreed timeframes.
• Provide management information on the progress and status of account closures.
• Liaise with multiple stakeholders to support timely account-closure processes.
• Ensure KYC requirements are complete and up to date.
