Job summary

IFFCO Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse/Inventory Manager in the UAE to optimize shipment planning across long, short and medium term horizons. The role focuses on maintaining stock availability, enforcing FIFO, and controlling warehouse costs while supporting production and customer service teams.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s in supply chain or related fields; Master’s or certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish optimal long, short and medium term shipment plans to meet sales requirements using resources efficiently.
• Lead inventory management to ensure stock availability per company norms.
• Ensure 100% FIFO execution in stock movements.
• Review and control warehouse costs aligned with budgets.
• Drive manpower efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain internal controls over inbound and outbound transactions.
• Prepare claims and reports for product discrepancies (damages/shortages).
• Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment via Inventory Management System.
• Support production and customer service teams to meet business targets.
• Ensure SOP implementation and strategies for Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE and capacity.
• Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.

Job description

Establish optimum Long, short & medium term shipment plans to meet sales requirements etc with optimum utilisation of available resources.

• Lead Inventory Management and ensure that stocks are available as per company norms


• 100% FIFO execution in terms of stock movement


• Review and control the warehouse cost in line with the budgets


• Consistently deliver on Manpower efficiency improvement plan


• Develop and maintain strong internal controls over the in-bound and out-bound of all the transactions.


• Prepare the necessary claims and reports in case of products discrepancy (damages/shortages).


• Monitor stock level and arrange for timely replenishment with the help of Inventory Management System.


• To support production and customer service teams to meet business targets.


• To ensure proper implementation of SOP’s and prepare strategies with regards to Warehouse Operations including WMS, MHE & Capacity.


• To ensure safe & healthy work environment.

Work Experience Requirement

5-8 years of warehouse/supply chain experience in food manufacturing companies.

Qualification

• Must have a degree in supply chain, commerce, business, engineering or any other relevant discipline.


• Master degree and/or Supply Chain related certification is desirable.
