Job summary

Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking a warehouse coordination professional to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and KPI-driven improvements. You will manage stock levels and perform essential data entry and document preparation.

Responsibilities include entering data in SAP and Oracle, following SOPs, verifying records, backing up databases, and protecting confidential information while supporting operations. A Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years FMCG warehouse experience preferred.

Job Summary

To efficiently manage and coordinate the delivery process, ensuring timely and accurate shipments based on product availability. Execute administrative tasks related to order tracking, document preparation, and record-keeping. Oversee warehouse stock levels and contribute to maintaining accurate inventory. Monitor and enhance key performance indicators related to inventory accuracy, receiving efficiency, and overall stock management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities on SAP
• Processes documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures
• Enters information on oracle relating to Factory such as Warehouse
• Maintains data entry requirements by following specific SOP for Warehouse
• Verifies entered data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems; purging files to eliminate
• Secures information by completing data base backups
• Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
• Maintains operations by keeping information confidential

KPIs

Work Experience Requirement

• 5+ years of work experience in warehouse in any reputed FMCG industry.
