Position Overview

The Associate Entertainment Manager role at Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment in Dubai supports site operations while ensuring key objectives, procedures, and standards are consistently delivered. The role focuses on operational direction, customer experience excellence, people leadership, and financial discipline to achieve budget and revenue targets in a fast-paced entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations across entertainment and F and B concepts, ensuring brand, safety, and service standards are consistently met.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and drive service recovery to enhance overall guest experience.
• Lead by example to motivate teams, reinforce Majid Al Futtaim culture, and act as a culture ambassador on site.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, providing continuous feedback to maximize frontline performance.
• Support budgeting, revenue optimization, P and L targets, cash handling, audits, and cost control including OPEX, COS, and EBITDA.
• Promote a strong health, safety, and compliance culture, ensuring adherence to HSE policies, legal requirements, contracts, and government regulations.
• Oversee inventory control, stock checks, deliveries, audits, and the maintenance of facilities, equipment, and assets.
• Monitor KPIs such as NPS, spend per head, OHI, and audit scores, identifying gaps and driving continuous improvement.
• Work flexible schedules, support new projects, assist managers with strategic initiatives, and perform ad‑hoc duties as required.

Ideal Profile

• Four to six years of experience in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Minimum two years in a supervisory or managerial role within F and B, customer service, retail, hospitality, or entertainment operations.
• Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant professional certification.
• IOSH Management System and Person In Charge (PIC) Level 3 certification.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and people management abilities.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
