Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks an experienced Spa Operations Manager to lead daily spa operations, ensure facilities meet luxury standards, and coordinate efficient shifts while maintaining guest administration.

The role focuses on delivering the highest guest experience for dignitaries and VIPs, monitoring financial performance, growing memberships, and developing premium spa offerings in a 5-star setting at the heart of Dubai's premium private beach property.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field.
• 8–10 years of spa management experience in luxury hospitality.
• Experience with cutting-edge wellness technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily spa operations, ensure facilities meet standards, and coordinate shifts.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and deliver luxury guest service.
• Act as primary contact for VIP/Dignitaries and coordinate their spa experiences.
• Monitor financial performance (PnL) and KPI metrics, drive sales and revenue.
• Handle guest interactions professionally and address concerns promptly.
• Develop spa offerings and promote memberships and retail programs.

About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Manage daily spa operations, ensure facilities operate according to standards, shifts are arranged efficiently, and guest administration is accurate.
• Ensure the guest experience aligns with Jumeirah's luxury standards, overseeing safety measures, and maintaining guest confidentiality.
• Act as the primary contact for Dignitaries, VIP, and VVIP guests, coordinating their spa experience and ensuring exceptional hospitality.
• Monitor and report on financial performance (PnL) along with KPI metrics, recommend actions to ensure targets related to sales and revenue are met.
• Handle guest interactions with professionalism, accommodating special requests, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Contribute strategies for enhancing spa offerings, develop professional and retail product programs, and actively promote membership sales.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other relevant field
• 8-10 years of Spa management work experience, within luxury hospitality or luxury customer service.
• Experience working with cutting edge technology within the wellness industry.
