Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai is seeking a qualified hospitality professional to lead daily operations and enhance guest experiences.

You will oversee outlets, cash handling, inventory, and budget adherence while ensuring top-tier service standards in a luxury setting. A diploma in Hotel/F&B Management and leadership skills are essential; health & safety certification is a plus.

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management; Health & Safety cert is advantageous.
• 3–5 years in hospitality or luxury F&B, with strong service and operations experience.
• Solid cash handling, inventory, and cost-control knowledge.
• Proven leadership and team development in fast-paced luxury settings.

• Manage resources: inventory, re-orders, and cash safeguarding.
• Monitor cashiering, follow procedures, and oversee GL and budget tasks.
• Suggest strategies to grow market share and optimize profits while controlling labor.
• Maintain high cleanliness, safety, and grooming standards.

About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.
• Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.
• Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.
• Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.
• Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.
• Maintain high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management and/or a Health & Safety certification is considered an advantage.
• 3-5 years of experience within the hospitality or food & beverage industry, preferably in luxury hospitality environments.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling procedures, inventory management, and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and support colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
