Job summary

Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, guide a multi-department team, and ensure top-tier guest service. You will develop schedules, brief staff, and manage stock and vendor contracts to maintain seamless service across luxury facilities.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma in Hotel Management or related field and 2–3 years’ international hospitality experience, with a strong emphasis on cultural awareness and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or similar
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
