Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab in Dubai seeks a capable hospitality professional to oversee day-to-day operations, motivate the team, and deliver discreet, guest-focused service across departments.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent, with 2–3 years of international hospitality experience and a strong understanding of cultural differences.

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field is required.

• Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve goals, and lead by example with compassion, honesty, and integrity.
• Develop and implement timelines, delegate tasks, and brief staff on duties across various departments.
• Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended professionally and discreetly.
• Compile duty rosters and advise on changes as necessary.
• Prepare reports and maintain appropriate filing systems.
• Manage stock, inventories, vendor directories, and contract agreements.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High School Diploma or similar
• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or any other relevant field
• 2 - 3 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
• Experience of working in an international capacity and a clear understanding of cultural differences showcasing trust and respect for everyone
