Job summary

PureHealth, the UAE's largest integrated healthcare network, seeks a senior client-management leader in Abu Dhabi to drive growth, strengthen strategic accounts, and optimise CRM capabilities. You will guide account teams, pitch new business, and ensure timely onboarding and reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer.

The role requires a deep healthcare background, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline.
• 10–12 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience leading a group.
• Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement development strategies for clients including sister companies, government, and commercial entities.
• Manage existing clients to achieve budgets, strategic targets, and performance objectives.
