Job summary

Al Tayer Group is seeking a showroom sales leader in Fujairah with a strong track record in automotive sales. The role focuses on planning, executing strategies to hit targets, and leading the sales team to deliver quality customer experiences.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a similar role, a solid understanding of showroom merchandising, and bilingual communication in Arabic and English. The position requires on-site work in the showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with a suitable degree; minimum qualifications as stated in the ad.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar showroom/sales role.
• Strong knowledge of automobile showroom merchandising and sales processes.
• Dynamic, proactive, and capable of leading teams.
• Preferably bilingual in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute showroom strategies to achieve targets in volume and profit.
• Communicate sales plan and targets to the team to drive results.
• Monitor sales process from initial contact to final sale for quality.
• Maximize demo usage and monitor demo-to-sale ratio.
• Oversee PDI process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

To plan, manage and lead the showroom sales to achieve sales target and to ensure smooth, efficient and effective functioning of showroom

Strategic Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute such strategies as to ensure that the budgeted target for showroom is achieved or exceeded in volume and profit term.

Functional Roles and Responsibilities

• Communicate sales plan and targets to the sales team to achieve targets successfully.
• Monitor sales process (aspects such as initial customer contact and reception, clarification of need, identification of prospect, follow-up on initial contact, final closure of sale and quality of sales documentation) to ensure quality in the entire process.
• Maximize usage of demo’s and monitor demo to sale ratio
• Monitor PDI process and ensure highest level of customer satisfaction
• Deal with critical problems, major customer complaints or issues that may be escalated and ensure prompt action or decisions for timely resolution.
• Prepare stock requirement list for the month specifying make, model and number of vehicles for the approval of the Sales Manager.
• Interact regularly with the existing and prospective customers to establish profitable relationships and determine their present and future requirements.

People Management Roles and Responsibilities

• Guide and motivate subordinates to enhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that they are continuously developed for higher level roles

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline
