Job summary

25hours Hotels in Dubai is seeking a hands-on hospitality professional to manage pre-service preparations, coordinate guest orders, and maintain knowledge of Food & Beverage items.

You will assist in clearing tables, handle cleaning duties, contribute to budgets, and serve as a confident contact for our external concept partner, while supporting colleagues during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for service by organizing cutlery and breadbaskets.
• Coordinate orders so meals reach guests efficiently and on time.
• Have full knowledge of Food & Beverage items to assist guests and staff.
• Assist in clearing tables during and after service.
• Carry out cleaning tasks during and after service.
• Draw up budgets and monitor order activity with a business mind.
• Act as a competent contact for our external concept partner.
• Support colleagues with a smile during peak times and adapt to changes.

Job description

How does your working day look like

• Youll be responsible for doing all preparations before and during service like preparing serving cutlery and breadbaskets.
• Youll coordinate the orders in a way that everything goes out to the guests in an efficient and timely matter.
• Youll have full knowledge of Food & Beverage Menu items to assist guests and waiting staff where needed.
• Youll assist in clearance of tables during and after service.
• Youll responsible for cleaning tasks during and after service.
• Youll help to draw up budgets and keep a business-like eye on orders .
• You are a competent and open-minded contact and sparring partner for our external concept partner.
• Youll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever once again all the guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time. On top of this youll also keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan.
