The Assistant sales manager – Stainless Steel is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for developing and managing sales territories, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers in the stainless steel sector. Daily activities include meeting with existing and prospective clients, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms to close sales. The Area Sales Executive will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and achieve revenue targets. The role also involves regular reporting to management, maintaining accurate records in CRM or sales systems, and collaborating with internal teams such as logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in industrial or stainless steel products.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, manage key accounts, and provide responsive after-sales support.
• Solid understanding of basic commercial terms, pricing structures, and margins, with aptitude for analyzing market and customer data.
