Job summary

Food Specialities Limited is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive growth in commodities (Nuts & Dried Fruits, Agro Commodities, Spices, Dairy Commodities). You will build customer relationships, drive sales, analyze markets, and coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales experience in agro commodities or related trading, strong English/Arabic communication, and willingness to travel extensively.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years sales experience in agro commodities/nuts and dried fruits trading/dairy commodities
• Understanding of the sales process
• Proficient in English and Arabic communication
• Strong negotiation and customer orientation

Responsibilities

• Achieve budgeted Sales, Income for assigned territory.
• Manage the existing customer base and identify, create, develop new market opportunities and expand customer base. Visiting customers regularly and catering to their requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely product delivery.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence updates.
• Follow up on customer payments and resolve customer concerns.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and exhibitions.
