Job summary

Innovations Global in Dubai and Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Assistant Sales Manager to drive AV/Technology solutions sales, manage key accounts, and lead a sales team.

You will build relationships with customers, consultants and system integrators, develop pipelines, and deliver strong business growth through strategic account planning and compelling presentations. A UAE driving license is preferred; salary AED 8,000–10,000 plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in AV, IT or technology sales.
• Strong knowledge of projectors, ProAV, interactive displays, LED walls, video conferencing & digital signage.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts.
• Strong network with customers, consultants and system integrators.
• Proven sales track record with strong business development skills.
• Good leadership, negotiation and presentation skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
