Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Corporate Banking or relationship management.
• Basic knowledge of international trade, FX, payments.
• Understanding of KYC, compliance and operational risk controls.
• Full-time graduation degree of at least three years for UAE visa/work permit.
• New Labour Law requires fixed-term contracts; a 4-year term is issued.

Responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in managing a portfolio of international middle-market clients.
• Coordinate customer plans, reviews, and business development activities.
• Identify client needs and coordinate cash management, trade, payments, FX, and other products.
• Support new-to-bank acquisition through market research and prospecting.
• Coordinate cross-border referrals with HSBC colleagues and product partners.
• Assist with credit applications, annual reviews, and facility documentation.
• Maintain high standards of KYC, reviews, and risk monitoring.
