Job summary

Paramount Hotel Dubai is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in leading a luxury outlet. You will develop the team, drive revenue, and ensure service standards reflect the Paramount experience.

Responsibilities include daily operations, staff leadership, guest satisfaction, reservations, billing, and cost controls. A Mashgiach certificate and fluent English are required, with preference for 5‑star hotel experience.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years in Food & Beverage, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.

• Experience in a 5‑star international hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
• Mashgiach certificate is required.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure staffing coverage and operational readiness for each shift.
• Maintain exceptional food, beverage, and service quality and communicate standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and delivering personalised service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly; escalate when needed.
• Oversee reservations, order-taking, billing, and guest service procedures.
• Drive upselling and revenue opportunities across the outlet.
• Support achieving sales, profitability, and beverage-cost objectives.
• Monitor stock levels, minimise wastage, and support cost-control practices.
• Conduct daily briefings and coach the team.
