Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of F&B experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Experience in a multicultural environment.
• Strong guest service and upselling skills.
• HACCP and WSET Level 1 or equivalent is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional and attentive food & beverage service.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant/lounge setups to hotel standards.
• Handle trays, trolleys, china, glassware, and service equipment.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and service teams.
• Understand menu items, ingredients, and proper service standards.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Support opening/closing duties, stock, and inventory control.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready outlet.
• Upsell F&B items and promote a positive guest experience.
• Provide support across the hotel when required.
