Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental, Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to lead the Food & Beverage outlet and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will supervise the service team, coordinate with culinary colleagues, train staff on the outlet concept, and drive service standards aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand.

Prior luxury-hotel experience is essential, with a focus on quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a luxury property
• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management preferred
• International work experience in multiple regions preferred
• Pre-opening or renovation experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest service and lead the outlet team.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
• Train staff on outlet concept and service standards.
• Assist in menu design and tastings with Head Chef and Sommelier.
• Monitor payroll, budget, and inventory with department heads.
• Prepare monthly reports and analyze outlet performance.
