Job summary

Azadea Group is seeking a customer-focused restaurant team member in Dubai to welcome guests, guide menu choices, take orders, and serve meals promptly. You will coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations and maintain brand-standard table settings.

The role requires English fluency and 1–2 years in customer service, with Arabic as a plus. You will report to the manager on duty and contribute to a friendly, professional dining experience for all guests.

Qualifications

• High School Degree is required.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Demonstrated initiative and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Present customers upon arrival with the menu, assist in their item selection, take orders and serve food in a timely manner
• Communicate efficiently with the kitchen staff and barista to guarantee customer satisfaction and liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of operations
• Arrange table set-ups before and after each customer according to the brand’s set standards
• Make sure the staff is providing a friendly, professional and timely service at all times and report immediately any discrepancies/customer complaints to the Manager on duty
• Collect bill payments from customers and hand them over to the cashier
